PLEASE! all the guys, I need GOOD advice !?

OK -- there are these 2 guys in their mid 20s...one really hot with a gf the other's cute. They always just STARE at me, esp. my face...I used to talk to the really hot one, but then I felt stupid and stopped, and the other one got in my face just staring for minutes and only stopped when I gave him a look. Since then they ALWAYS stare, why won't they talk to me? Like, even as a normal person? I'm considered attractive and I'm Azn/Blk, they're both white but they have minority friends, so why can't they even talk to me as friends if not more since they seem to like what they're always watching??! One is Canadian the other is American, does that make any difference?PLEASE! all the guys, I need GOOD advice !?
