ur outfield is absolutely crazy (similar 2 mine- i have holliday, beltran, manny and francoeur). u can afford 2 trade away beltran for a star starter even if its not so even. ur first base aint to exciting either. try this:

Varitek sucks, but C isn't that deep so u probably won't get much better than him. Not a big fan of Thome or Ramirez, but you could do worse. Pedroia, Ellsbury, and Garko are garbage unless its a keeper league. Pitching isn't bad, but you could use more closers. I think Manny is overrated nowadays. You need better avg and could probably trade Uggla for a 2B with less power, but more R and better avg. Maybe a Cano or Roberts. Other than that you don't have a bad team, alot of 5 tool players which is good.
your everyday players are good and i see only 2 strong pitchers in sheets and haren so i would look for stronger pitchers. try and stay away from mid inning relivers. stick to starters and closers
