like I love helping people with their problems, and answering questions %26amp; stuff, and think I'm very logical, so do you think this would be a good idea?Do you guys think i should have an advice column type of thing?

i don't see why not write different places and show them your style of writing as you never know unless you try. try on a local level at your home town paper.
if you are asking people on whether or not you should have one. Chances are, you shouldnt.

there is nothing wrong in what you are doing.unless the knowledge one acquired is useful to other people who need it, is of no use.but while giving advice when the issues concerned are professional, it is always better to check whether we are qualified to give advice or not.in psychology, there are two types of counseling. one is direct method and another is indirect method. in direct method, the counselor plays dominant role and advise the client directly. in indirect method, the counselor plays the role of a listener and indirectly suggests the solutions for the problem of the client. generally clinical psychologists follow the principle ';don't advise unless you are asked.';.any how, i appreciate your attitude to help others, and i request you to enrich your knowledge and acquire command over the subject ,so that your answers would be professional.
If you want to then go for it but make sure what you tell people won't bite you in the butt. like a law suit. what training do you have?
