Guys i need your advice..what to get my BF for his bday?

My bf is very much into Computer Games- He doesnt own a PSP nor xbox. All hi sgames he plays it on his comp. His birthday is next week and i know there are 2 things he would love a graphics card or PSP 3. If it were your birthday wich one would you perfer?


i'm leaning more towards graphic card for his comp but i dnt know which one's are good..i think he likes the 4870 soemthing lol i forgot the rest..HELP ME thanks.Guys i need your advice..what to get my BF for his bday?
I would prefer the Graphics card for my pc!





He is talking about either a Radeon HD 4870 or a Radeon HD 4870 X2.


The X2's are better but more expensive.





It is kinda tricky to buy graphics cards, without knowing what else is in the computer. Keep the receipt and make sure you can return the graphics card if it is not the right one.

lol graphics cards aren't that simple. you need to know exactly what his computer can use. not all cards are compatible with his motherboard. i would get an xbox cuz its sexy. i love my xbox. ps3 doesnt have many great titles in my opinion. but thousands will arue that statement. find out exactly what GC his computer uses. and see the price difference.. thats all that matters in the end. cuz a G card can go from 120$ - 5 grand easily. plus he might need RAM.. or a faster processor. the list goes on and on.
That Radeon 4870X2PE52GXOC is a good card. A bit like a Lamborghini - more than anyone will need for quite a while, but he'll be thrilled. (Check the price, though - it may also be this ear's Christmas present.)
