i am 19 about 2 years ago i used to be over 500 pounds or about 500 pounds i for the last few weeks have started eating the bad stuff like cookies and ice cream for about 2 mothns i stoped eating cookies and ice cream when i was a my parents eat all that sutff and its really hard for me not to my docter says in order for me to lose weght they have to get rid of everything the candy the cookies and ice cream and i fell like i will never lose weght with all the stuff they bring home i also have other problums i used to eat when i was deppresed and stressed out i have come along weght in my eating habbits but my weight ushily is around 320 but its skyrocketed up to 330 and 340 i exersize about a half an hour and with my dissablity not being able to see that well i dont get out of the house or have a job i am just loosing all hope of trying to lose weghtHey guys i need some advice on lossing weght?
Change your diet, do it slowly.
Instead of having sugary, fatty junk food, eat some fruit for breakfast. Cut down, or excise alcohol from your diet, and have fresh fruit juices and water. When you have your evening meals, try to avoid having carbohydrates. Have a slad or a low calorie soup, and walk at least 20 minutes a day. Do not eat when you do not need to, stick to meal times, and if you want snack, get some yoghurt or an apple. Generally speaking, best foods are rice, beans (especially soya beans), assorted fruits, and veg. Doctors always tell you, not just to make you eat tasteless stuff, but because these foods have health benefits and do not make you fat. Ensure you cut down on sugar and alcohol. Also, I knew someone who was quite overweight (not as much as you, mind), but she did yoga and it is absolutely extraordinary how trim she now looks. It works, try yoga, and don't obsess about it. Stick to a regime of low fat foods and exercise, and it will gradually go down, and the more you lose the better you will feel. The hard part is sticking to the regime, but it can be done. Personally I tried less healthy methods, which I would not advise here because I took the risk upon myself, and it is NEVER a good idea to do anything that causes your body any type of harm. If you have a friend that exercises, maybe you could accompany him/her when they exercise, as it will make the whole thing more competitive, and fun. If you are very lazy and have a Nintendo Wii, get the game Wii Fit - it may get you started on exercise and provide motivation for you to try other things.Hey guys i need some advice on lossing weght?
