the shy quiet guy's sometimes needs a push or a hug. They sometimes dont understand that people like them.
One advice........that would be to women, find out where the void in the man's life is, and find a way to fill it. You do that, he will never leave you and treat you as a queen. Does a person shun the air they need? Or the blood in their body? Be as that to a man, he will love and respect you FOREVER. Also a close second(and I know it is outside the parameters of the questions of ONE piece of advice)would be to make him feel like a king, and a true gentleman will return it by treating you as a queen.
Don't flirt around if you don't mean it and don't be afraid to make the first move. Guys love this.

Don't worry about what others may think of you. I see that alot of females are always trying to stay one step ahead so they won't get hurt, when, fact of the matter is, most of them need to stop living in a fairy tale romance believing that Mr. Prince Charming is going to ride up on a horse from the blistering sunset, well, wake up and smell the java. True, you may find someone thattt is god for you, but don't expect him to know everything or that the relationship will always be peaches and cream with syrup and a cherry on top. I think what I'm trying to say is- be realistic.

Stop being cheap. if you can spend $200+ at the mall in one day, then you should be able to chip in on a date instead of sitting back like the guy should pay for everything!
